The Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and reflective Class Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, committed to raising standards, and able to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
  • Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
  • Uphold and promote the school’s Christian values

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Willingness to support the Christian ethos of the school
