Reception, KS1 or Year 3 Class Teacher vacancy MPS 1-2
The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about providing the very best learning opportunities for our children in Reception / Key Stage 1 or Year 3 in order to ensure they ‘REACH’ their full potential.
The person appointed will be expected to:
- Have a positive mindset and a determination to ensure all children have the best life chances
- Be committed to self- improvement and reflective practice as a teacher
- Have exemplary classroom practice and is committed to developing children as independent learners and thinkers.
- Promote learning based on using excellent subject knowledge and respond effectively to their learners ensuring appropriate challenge for all pupils.
- Contribute to the drive for high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour for all.
- To respond effectively to the needs of children in lesson, having flexibility in approach.
- Effectively use data and other forms of monitoring to track and ensure the progress of classes and groups.
- Build positive relationships with all staff.
- Be an active member of the phase team and contributing to whole school improvement.
- Lead a subject across school

The post is full time MPS 1 - 3, initially temporary with a view to becoming permanent, starting September 2025.
