Two teaching posts (one post in KS1, one post in KS2)
For September 2026, the Governors are seeking to appoint two outstanding, highly motivated and enthusiastic teachers who are passionate about providing the very best learning opportunities for our children, to ensure they ‘REACH’ their full potential - one position in Key Stage 2 and one position in Key Stage 1.
The teachers appointed will be expected to:
- Have exemplary classroom practice and be committed to developing
children as independent learners and thinkers. - Promote learning based on using excellent subject knowledge, effective
planning to ensure appropriate challenge for all pupils and rigorous use
of responsive and adaptive teaching. - Have high expectations in terms of achievement, attainment and
behaviour. - Effectively use data and other forms of monitoring to track and ensure
the progress of classes and groups. - Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Be an active member of the phase and school team, developing
positive relationships and contributing to whole school improvement.
