The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a committed child and family support worker to join the dedicated team of staff that take care of and nurture the wonderful children and families of St Joseph’s.
We are a welcoming school and are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, flexible and calm member of staff whose role will be able to support all members of our school community.
The successful candidate will;
• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• Is passionate about the crucial role ‘family’ has in the development of children and our Catholic mission
• Highly motivated to support vulnerable families, understanding the challenges that they may be facing
• Keen to work with a range of different partners both in the school and across the cluster of schools to meet the needs of children and their families
• Have excellent communication skills to keep families, school staff and other partners regularly updated
• Be proactive, solution focused and non-judgemental
• Be tenacious in achieving the best outcomes for the children of St Joseph’s
• Be committed to the school and will contribute to all aspects of school life.
