Catering Assistant
25 hours per week (9:00am to 2.30pm Mon-Fri)
Term Time Only plus 10 days (197 working days)
Scale 1b - £12.26 per hour
This is an exciting time to join the founding team of a brand-new school, Trinity Academy Leeds as it continues to grow and develop. Trinity Academy Leeds opened its doors in September 2021 to 240 students from across the city. We are now in our fourth year, with currently 948 students from across the city and has already established a strong culture of excellence where all staff are united under the same shared mission, to enrich and strengthen the life choices and chances of the young people in east Leeds and beyond.

We are now looking to appoint a Catering Assistant to join the catering team. Working under the Catering Manager you will deliver a high-quality catering service for students, staff and visitors to the Academy, whilst ensuring high standards for health, safety and food hygiene.
What we need?
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Experience of working within a catering role (this does not need to have been in a paid role)
- Knowledge of basic cooking skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and food handling skills
- Team player
