We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational and ambitious Business Operations Manager with outstanding leadership qualities to join our Operations Team.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with a strong work ethic to work closely with the Headteacher and other leadership colleagues as part of the senior leadership of the school to ensure the smooth running of the school's business operations, enabling staff and pupils to thrive in an environment with access to excellent resources and facilities.
This is a significant role within the support staff structure, promoting the highest standards of business ethos and playing a crucial role in the operational side of the school. You will be expected to manage a varied workload and take responsibility for the Financial Resource Management; Staffing Resource Management linked to finance and curriculum; Facility and Property Management and Health & Safety Management of the School. You will be financially astute with extensive experience of managing budgets and contracts, qualifications in School Business Management and Accountancy would be advantageous.
We are an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with outstanding facilities, a state of the art learning environment; we are extremely popular and oversubscribed. The school is within easy reach of Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield and the surrounding district.
