From June 2026 the Governing Board of Bramley St Peter’s wish to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our friendly and inclusive Church of England Primary School. This person will join our behaviour team and will be part of our enhanced provision around SEMH within school.

We would like a Behaviour Mentor to join our dedicated team who is:

  • Able to build positive and professional relationships with children who display a wide range of needs.
  • A calming influence to situations where others may be heightened.
  • Committed to supporting children and reducing barriers to learning, particularly around behaviour.
  • Passionate about providing the best possible provision for children with additional needs.
  • Able to form positive relationships with the whole school community and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Able to manage their time effectively and prioritise tasks well.
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Supportive of the school’s positive behaviour management strategies.
  • Committed to research based professional development, of themselves and colleagues.
  • Able to contribute to whole school community activities and events.
