We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team who is:
- Looking to provide support and guidance to students to achieve a good attendance record.
- Able to build relationship with families, parents and carers to achieve improvement.
- An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour
- Looking to develop their career within a supportive team.
- Able to monitor and report data using available tools to inform actions.
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual
- A team-player who has a flexible and adaptable approach
- Has the ability to develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
