Abbey Grange is a thriving, highly successful and over-subscribed 11-18 Church of England converter Academy which serves communities right across the city of Leeds. Our students come from all over the city to receive and education which we all work together to challenge them academically, support them pastorally and help them develop socially and spiritually. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. Abbey Grange is part of the Abbey Multi Academy Trust.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is:
- Looking to provide support and guidance to students to achieve a good attendance record
- An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour
- Looking to develop their career within a supportive team
- Able to monitor and report data using available tools to inform actions
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual
- A team-player who is able to build positive relationship with families, parents and carers to achieve improvement
- Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
