An exciting opportunity has arisen at our school and governors wish to appoint a highly skilled and motivated professional with excellence behind everything they do to join our Senior Leadership Team in September 2026. You will be joining a new leadership team in strategic partnership with governors ready to take the school into its next phase.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified teacher offering ideally a PGCE, B.Ed or BA with QTS
- A skilled and knowledgeable SENCO with appropriate qualifications or experience
- An outstanding classroom practitioner, highly skilled and knowledgeable about curriculum and pedagogy across the primary age range.
- Able to show excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Proven experience in middle or senior leadership and understands data analysis and assessment.
- Able to carry out the duties of SENCO and promote a child’s right to be included, working with families, external agencies and have excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
- Is hardworking, innovative and creative with an academic, thoughtful approach to learning.
- Willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for pupils and builds great relationships with staff, parents and children.
The successful candidate will have a teaching commitment of 0.6 FTE in whichever Key Stage their skills appropriately fit and will lead a phase team.
