A.R.M Cluster Family Support Worker, May 2026. 

The Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown Cluster partnership of schools is looking to appoint a Family Support Worker (FSW). 

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have proven experience of engaging and working with vulnerable children, young people and families. 

The post holder will operate across the Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown Cluster to provide early intervention and family support within a framework of integrated services, ensuring that services to children and families at greatest risk of poor outcomes are delivered at the right level and through coordinated packages of support.

This role will be employed by a cluster school with day-to-day line management provided by the A.R.M Cluster Leader.
