Hours: 15 hours per week, 2:45pm - 5:45pm
Contract: Permanent 
Location: Newhall Park Primary School

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and flexible individual to manage, supervise and support our after school care club to ensure a high level of service for the children.

The role will be to deliver an engaging daily programme of activities  which will include monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness, developing strong relationships with parents, as well as leading and motivating a team of Care Club Assistants.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisation skills
  • Have previous experience working with children
  • Have an understanding of OFSTED requirements
  • Be inspirational, bringing fun and creativeness to the team
  • Be able to relate and engage with children aged between 5 - 11 years
  • Be a people person with good communication skills
  • Be reliable, motivated, innovative, adaptable and enthusiastic in all aspect of their work
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including parents/carers, pupils, visitors and staff.
  • Ability and desire to model and demonstrate our values
