Join a team that makes a real difference.
At Pivot we believe children deserve better. In our academies we teach and support children and young people from Key Stages 2 – 5 who have been excluded from school, for whom mainstream education is simply not working, or those with an EHCP who require a specialist placement. Every day our teams do incredible work, making a huge difference to some complex and challenging children, many of whom come to us with traumatic backgrounds.
We are currently seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Administrator to join our fantastic Leeds Academy.
As the Administrator, you will work closely with our Business Manager helping to ensure the smooth running of the school including in areas such as facilities management, exams co-ordination and health and safety compliance. This is not your average sit behind a desk admin job. You will need to be a friendly first point of contact for our visitors and contractors, a confident communicator and be highly organised, efficient and able to calmly prioritise your workload. Our successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and use their initiative. Experience in an education setting or knowledge/experience of facilities management or health and safety, would be desirable but is not essential for the role. A willingness to learn and get involved is essential.
Working at Pivot will give you a real chance to change the lives of our learners and we truly believe you will find working here a rewarding experience.
Don’t miss this opportunity, apply now by completing an application form and returning to the HR team at recruitment@pivot-group.co.uk.
Closing Date: Tuesday 15 July 2025
Interview Date: Tuesday 22 July 2025
We are committed to safeguarding our young people and promoting the welfare of children and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check and appropriate referencing.
During the shortlisting process, Pivot will carry out an online search on shortlisted candidates as part of its due diligence.
The above post is not a Leeds City Council vacancy and has been advertised on behalf of the relevant organisation. To apply please follow their application instructions.
