We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school and high-quality service to staff, pupils, parents, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and customer-focused administrative service
- Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and support data management systems
- Prepare routine correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements
- Support the organisation of conferences and events
- Order and monitor stock supplies
- Raise purchase orders and check invoices
- Use IT systems and databases effectively to support administrative tasks
- Communicate confidently with colleagues, parents, and external partners
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and team efficiency
