Working Pattern: 30 hours worked over five days 8.45am to 3.45pm

We are looking to appoint an additional Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our existing administration team. 

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for pupils and visitors, determining their requirements and completing a range of duties on a day to day basis including supporting pupil queries, liaising with parents both over the phone and face to face and supporting colleagues.  As part of the role you will be required to support with first aid, appropriate training will be provided.

This is an extremely busy position and the successful candidate must be hardworking, energetic, reliable and have the ability to deal with issues using their own initiative as they arise whilst also working as part of a team. 

Duties will include:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls.
  • Face to face reception duties which includes pupils, parents, contractors and visitors.
  • Perform general administration duties including typing of correspondence, reports and other clerical duties where needed.
