The children and governors of our lovely, inclusive school are looking for an excellent administrative assistant who is caring, enthusiastic and dedicated. You will assist in providing a range of administration support for both internal and external customers.
We are looking for an administrative assistant who can:
- Work as part of a team to provide customer focused services
- Prioritise work to meet conflicting deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and track progress of work
- Undertake administrative duties including;
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Managing meeting rooms and dealing with hospitality
- Raise orders and check invoices
- Ordering & monitoring stock supplies
- Use IT applications and Databases effectively to deliver administrative tasks
- Input and retrieve data using computerised systems
- Collate and prepare information from a variety of sources
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and colleagues in relation to work undertaken
- Work with others to help improve work organisation and effectiveness
- Work with colleagues to promote good attendance
- Ensure promotion and support of Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety
- Undertake any other duties that are commensurate to the post
