Pay scale: B1 Actual Salary £21,028 - £21,699
Permanent 37 hours per week Term Time only plus 5 days
Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm
Closing date Tuesday 26th November 2024 9am

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join us and provide administrative support to the school. You will be responsible for the smooth running of key aspects of school administration and ensure that systems and processes are in place to assist with this. Based at Woodkirk Academy initially but may move to another local Trust school in the future.
Who we are looking for:
With excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will undertake a range of different administrative tasks from dealing with telephone enquiries to ensuring that records are kept up to date. You will be the initial point of contact for queries within the school office and provide solutions or signpost to the correct person.
You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages and know how to use them effectively to reduce the administrative burden.
