As a new, ambitious leadership team, we are excited to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join the school.  These posts will be permanent.   

Experience of working in Years 5 and 6 and SATs would be an advantage, but are not essential. 

The Teaching Assistant post involves supporting the class teacher, taking small groups of pupils for interventions and building good relationships with children and families.  The post will also include supporting any pupils with varying special needs.

The hours will be 31.25 per week, usually worked as 8.45am to 3.30pm daily, and the post is to work term time only. 

The actual pay will be £16,387 - £16,912 paid across the year (pay award pending).
