The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective IT service to our students and staff, ensuring they are well supported in their use of IT. You will be expected to work collaboratively to support all our schools, being the first point of contact for end users, responding to incidents, providing preventative checks, and maintaining IT equipment and resources. Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to acquire and develop their skills in the IT support field.
