Job Title: CHANGE Enterprise Manager      

Salary: £30,662.95 pro rata (Actual for 20 hours £16,353.57)

Hours: 20 hours per week   

Contract: Fixed Term 12 Months

CHANGE is part of The Advonet Group, a Leeds-based advocacy charity that has been operating for over 20 years. Its mission is to empower people to have their voices heard, understand their choices, and access their rights. 

CHANGE has a national reputation for delivering high quality resources and training around accessible information and has recently launched a new range of services and websiteCHANGE Easy Read including their subscriptions offer, training and quality checking to complement its bespoke commissioned work and easy read resources. 

We provide a high-quality service that results in visually engaging resources being produced. 
Examples of our work include Macmillan’s easy read series and Breast Cancer Now’s service pledge and information leaflets and Solicitors regulation authorities, corporate strategy. 

We want more people to know about our brilliant work and what we can offer and are looking for someone who is confident in networking with a range of groups and organisations, supporting CHANGE to expand its sales and further its aim of increasing information access for disabled people. You will lead a small team of designers/ illustrators and Words To Pictures quality checkers and be part of a wider charity that makes a difference for marginalised groups locally and regionally. 

We’re keen to hear from people who are equally confident promoting what we do and tracking what works – leading to increased income. You’ll be someone who can motivate those you manage but also those in the wider organisation and others like our external web manager. 

You’ll be entrepreneurial, keen to learn, and motivated to continually improve our offer.
