Do you have a passion for putting the needs and wellbeing of people requiring care and support first?  If so an exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Adults and Health.  This is a joint post that sits across Organisational Development and the newly established Care Quality Team.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and personable Organisational Development Business Partner, who is a self-starter and can deliver quality outcomes.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of our Safeguarding Adults Training and delivery and you will work directly with commissioned services to improve the knowledge and quality of Safeguarding policy, procedures and outcomes for people.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of Safeguarding policy theory and demonstrable practical experience of working with safeguarding and positive risk taking. You will develop partnership arrangements and manage the promotion and delivery of Safeguarding training and quality improvements across a wide range of internal and external Social Care providers.

Working as part of the Organisational Development Team you will have responsibility for developing, delivery and commissioning Safeguarding training and development interventions.

Working within the Care Quality Team you will provide positive and practical support to commissioned services to improve the quality of safeguarding processes and procedures.

We are looking for a person with a demonstrable track record of supporting and delivering successful projects, workforce interventions and solutions in Adult Social Care or a similar setting. You may have gained this working in front line services or in a previous role.

This is a challenging, but rewarding role which sits within supportive teams.
