Leeds Women’s Aid (LWA) is the largest women’s charitable organisation in Leeds and provides services for victims of domestic violence and abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage, trafficking, stalking and harassment and is the lead agency for two consortia, Leeds Domestic Violence Service and Women’s Lives Leeds.
We are looking to expand our Fundraising and Marketing team and are now looking to recruit a Fundraising Officer to:
• Nurture relationships with existing and prospective donors
• Sustain and develop our group of individual and community-based supporters.
• Grow income, including regular giving, donations, appeals, legacy giving, community groups and other fundraising activities.
You will have a proactive attitude, drive and enthusiasm, strong relationship building skills, some understanding of fundraising and experience of working in a customer facing role. If you are keen to develop a career in fundraising, this may be the role for you.
