Finance Administrator (maternity cover) (E5007) - Leeds Centre for Integrated Living

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our experienced and committed staff team. If you share a passion for Finance administration and are keen to work in a friendly and collaborative environment, then we would like to hear from you. 

Your role will involve and require: 

  • Administering the financial processing and associated clerical tasks for the Leeds CIL Managed Bank Account Service (MBA).
  • Inputting data and reconciling customer accounts. 
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times for internal and external customers, ensuring that deadlines for completing tasks are met.

You must have the following: 

  • Accuracy in entering and managing data.
  • Good knowledge of finance and accounts administration.
  • Ability to work appropriately with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Good experience of using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to keep accurate manual and electronic records and have excellent time management skills.

You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar type of role; however, we would welcome applications from all candidates who can demonstrate that they have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience outlined in the Person Specification.
