Salary: 37 Hour Role- £25,392 - £26,936 p/a, pro rata and 18.5 hour role- £14,231

Location: Reginald Centre, Leeds

What will the role look like?

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Linking Leeds. You’ll support individuals to access non-medical support by completing holistic assessments, co-creating personal Wellbeing Plans, and linking people to community groups and services that boost mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Working across GP practices, community venues, and occiaonally from home, you'll help people build resilience, independence, and a better quality of life. 

What we are looking for? 

We are looking for someone with a passion for reducing health inequalities and promoting diversity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and someone who’s comfortable working across different locations.

We are currently Recruiting for 2X Wellbing coordinator role, 37- hours per week, Salary: £25,392-£26,936- FTE per annum, pro rata. 
1X- 18.5 Hours per week role with Feel Good Factor -city wide with targeted team, Salary: £14,231.
