£24,413 - £25,989 pro rata

Hours: 1 post 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday
1 post 24 hours per week – over 4 days

Contract: Fixed term contracts until March 2026 - Term time only

St Margaret’s C of E Primary School are excited to be able to appoint 2 committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (Level 1)  Initially on  fixed term contracts until March 2026.

1 post 30 hours per week – Monday to Friday

1 post 24 hours per week – over 4 days

The successful candidates will:

  • Be calm under pressure, adaptable and enthusiastic
  • Be compassionate and have a positive attitude
  • Have good listening skills and to be sensitive to pupils’ individual needs
  • Have a strong knowledge of SEN
  • Have experience of a range of learning support needs
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for their children
  • Is committed to CPD for themselves and others
  • Thrive on working as part of a committed team
  • Be an enthusiastic and imaginative individual, who will create a stimulating and vibrant learning environment.

St Margaret’s C of E Primary School is a successful, inclusive, popular two form entry primary school with innovative and creative approaches to learning. We have the BASE on-site, a Resource Provision for children with Complex Communication needs, such as Autism.
