St. Oswald’s C of E Primary School is a popular and successful school serving the community of Guiseley in Leeds.
The Governors of our School are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic SEND Support Teaching Assistant to join our school to provide close support to pupils with SEND.
The successful candidate will:
- Have either NVQ 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent level of experience of operating in a classroom environment.
- Have experience of providing close support to children in a primary setting.
- Be able to work effectively with others to deliver high quality practice as part of the classroom and wider school team.
- Have excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.
- Have a creative outlook and flexible approach.

The hours for this post will be Monday - Friday 8.40am - 3.20pm, working term time only but with an opportunity for holiday club work if the candidate required.
