We are looking for a Teaching assistant who:

• Will initially be based in KS1, supporting children with additional needs.
• Experience of working of working with children with additional needs is desirable.
• Wants to make a difference to our children.
• Has a knowledge of the foundation stage curriculum, or a desire and willingness to build knowledge of this.
• Can work effectively within a team around them.
• Is optimistic, enthusiastic, positive and forward-thinking.
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively with parents and families.
• Always puts the child at the centre.
• Believes in inclusivity and equality for all children.
• Is committed to our school ethos of, ‘Learning together, building the future.’
