We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to work with our lunchtime team ensuring a caring and safe environment for pupils during the lunchtime break. 

The successful candidate will:

  • have a patience and a calm manner;
  • the ability to communicate well and respond to the needs children in their care;
  • able to work effectively as part of a team;
  • An enthusiastic team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who is caring, supportive and committed to the welfare and well-being of all pupils.
  • Able to ensure the good conduct, welfare and safety of all pupils.
  • Able to organise appropriate structured creative play activities.
  • Able to control and supervise children and remain calm in all situations.
  • Able to establish positive relationships with pupils and act as a good role model.
  • A willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
