Moor Allerton Hall is a caring and happy primary school. We provide a positive and creative environment where learning is challenging and fun.

We are seeking to recruit a committed Site Manager to work alongside the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership team on the day-to-day maintenance and management of the school grounds and buildings, providing our children with a safe and excellent learning environment.  You do not need to have held this position before, so this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, supportive, and adaptable individual to take on the challenge of shaping and developing the school site through a period of change.

The role involves overseeing the security and maintenance of a large school site, including opening and locking, decorating, routine maintenance work, managing contractors and ensuring the school complies with health and safety measures at all times.  You’ll have day-to-day responsibility for the careful use of school facilities and equipment, ensuring the site remains safe and welcoming for our pupils, staff, visitors, and contractors.

The post is to work full year, 37 hours a week - these hours can be negotiated but the role will involve opening the school and locking the school in the early evening.  There may also be some weekend work to cover lettings.

The actual pay will be £22,128 - £23,585 dependent on experience.  The annual leave entitlement is 26 days per year (not including Bank Holidays, etc).

Candidates are warmly invited to visit school on Tuesday 02.12.25 at either 10.00am or 3.30pm to see the school and meet the Headteacher - to book a place please email Claire Easton (School Business Manager) at recruitment@mahps.uk.
