Salary: C1 £28,598 - £31,022 pro rata FTE
Hours: 37 per week (Term Time Only + 10 days)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Allerton High School, King Lane, Leeds LS17 7AG
Closing Date and Time: Friday 10 October at 12 noon

Working Pattern:

Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 3.30pm
Friday 7.30am – 3.00pm
30 minutes for lunch per day

Required as soon as possible, a Senior Science Technician to support the Science Team in this successful over-subscribed school. The position is term-time plus 10 additional days.

You will work under the direction of the Curriculum Team Leader in co-ordinating the use of practical resources and facilities and provide assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the Science curriculum, including liaising with teaching staff and support staff outside the curriculum team. You will be accountable for the management and supervision of a Science Technician.

Experience as a Science Technician in a school or other educational setting is desirable.
