Hours: 30 - 37 per week (Term Time Only plus one additional day)

We are looking to appoint a friendly and welcoming School Administrator to join our team at Ralph Thoresby School.

This role would suit someone with strong skills in Word and Excel, who is organised and eager to learn. Previous administrative or customer service experience would be beneficial, but we are equally keen to hear from those with the right attitude and willingness to develop.

About the role:

  • Term-time only plus one additional day
  • 30–37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Ideal for parents or carers with school-aged children

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is approachable and professional in dealing with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Has good ICT skills and is confident using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Can manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting the wider school community
