About this Role
We are looking for a calm, supportive, and compassionate Room Supervisor - SEND to join our friendly team!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead and manage two SEND resource rooms, ensuring they are calm, safe, and inclusive spaces. You will coordinate daily routines, plan and deliver tailored learning activities, and provide targeted support for pupils with EHCPs or additional needs. Working closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff, you will help pupils develop key skills, including independence and emotional regulation.
The role involves monitoring progress and engagement, supporting staff development, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to EHCP and IEP reviews. Strong collaboration with parents, carers, and external agencies is essential, alongside a consistent commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

- A confident and organised leader who can manage two SEND resource rooms, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
