Hours: 17.5 - Thursday 07:30am to 5pm, Friday 07:30am to 4:30pm
Contract: Fixed Term (Term Time Only) - 26th February to 23rd October 2026
Location: Woodkirk Academy, Rein Road, Tingley, WF3 1JQ

We have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join us and provide an efficient and professional reception and administration support to the school. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Visitor Reception and the first point of call for contact to the school.
With excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, you will undertake a range of different administrative tasks from managing the Academy’s switchboard to greeting visitors arriving on site.
You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages and know how to use them effectively to reduce administrative burden.
