Luminate Education Group is recruiting a Procurement Manager for our Park Lane campus, with hybrid working available. This is a fantastic chance for a skilled procurement professional to have a real impact, helping drive efficiency, innovation, and growth across our dynamic education group.

Our Procurement Department is central to this mission, providing expert guidance, managing contracts, leading tenders and ensuring value for money across the Group. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will help drive strategic procurement initiatives, support sustainable and socially responsible purchasing, and ensure that every decision benefits our students, staff and wider communities.
Interviews will be held w/c 15 December 2025 at Park Lane Campus, Leeds.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage procurement across the Group, ensuring value for money, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Oversee contracts, tenders, and supplier relationships, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, supporting informed procurement decisions across departments.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and audit trails, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on joint procurement initiatives and Group-wide projects.
About You
- Experience in procurement within a public sector or regulated environment, with strong knowledge of UK procurement regulations (PA2023, PCR, frameworks and public-sector best practice).
- Confident in leading tenders, analysing spend, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts and supporting colleagues at all levels.
- Has professional expertise and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- Possess, or actively studying towards, or willing to work towards a recognised procurement qualification (e.g. MCIPS or equivalent).
