Pastoral Support Worker

37 hours, Term Time plus 6 days

Payscale:  Scale Point 7 - 11 (actual salary £22,117 - £23,574)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly skilled pastoral team. We are looking for a Pastoral Support Worker, who has the skills and desire to be part of our pastoral team. The successful candidate will have experience of working with and supporting young people and their families.

We need someone with enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality, and an ability to build positive relationships. We will expect you to implement interventions and engage with young people, including those that are disaffected. This role affords the opportunity to work with a team of talented and dedicated colleagues.
