Join our small and dynamic team at REST Stop as a Mental Health Support worker.
Our unique REST Stop service offers a 24/7 therapeutic alternative to hospital admission for individuals experiencing mental health crisis.
What you’ll do:
- Build empowering, collaborative relationships with clients
- Deliver personalised therapeutic activities and interventions
- Develop and maintain a welcoming, homely environment where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
- Champion a psychologically informed, person-centred approach
