To work as part of a Social Enterprise team delivering GIPSIL’s property maintenance and renovation programmes including:
- Refurbishing empty homes to Design and Quality standards as directed by the Project Co-ordinator.
- Working as part of a team bringing leased properties to Decent Homes standards.
- Providing day-to-day reactive and cyclical maintenance services across GIPSIL’s property portfolio.
- To supervise trainees and volunteers.
- Opening up and locking up adhering to security guidance.
