Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3.15pm

Whingate Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated, reliable and hardworking Teaching Assistant to support the learning and progress of our pupils. The role will be to support children’s learning in class and through interventions. You will work alongside the class teacher and at times you will run small intervention groups.

You will:

  • Be based in KS1
  • Work with the teachers to support planning of lessons, resource activities, take a phonics group and run interventions for individual children or small groups
  • Develop an expertise of supporting children in a primary school. Further necessary training will be provided.
