We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our friendly team and provide professional, efficient and high-quality HR support across the school.

Reporting to the HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to record-keeping, compliance and general HR administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently.
  • Is discreet, professional and understands the importance of confidentiality.
  • Is confident using IT systems and databases.
  • Is committed to ongoing professional development, including pursuing qualifications relevant to the role.

Previous HR or school administration experience would be an advantage, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
