Valley View Community Primary School are looking for a skilled and experienced primary school practitioner to support our successful school as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
The role is a full-time position (term time only +2 days) and is temporary, in the first instance, until 31st August 2026. We expect the successful candidate will be able to offer PPA cover predominately in KS2 however, there may be times when teaching is required across other key stages.
Our school has a proven track record and during our recent Ofsted (October 2024) we were rated 'Good' with 'Outstanding' areas. We are popular in our local community and are known for our nurturing approach with children and families, as well as consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
We hope the successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, a passion for teaching and learning alongside a warm nurturing personality to our experienced, hardworking and friendly team. In addition to this, they should have recent and relevant experience as a HLTA or in a similar role.
