Our new Headteacher will be someone who can:

- Sustain professional working relationships, creating an enabling environment for effective governance.

- Build on existing home school partnerships, further empowering parents, carers and guardians as co-educators.
- Foster a sense of belonging where pupils, staff and families feel part of our community.
