Salary: NJC Scale Points 18 - 20 (£31,357 - £32,597 p.a.) pro rata
Hours: 28 hours per week, worked over 5 days covering 8:30am - 2pm
Contract: Fixed Term Until 31.3.2027
Location: Leeds City Centre

Leeds Citizens Advice & Law Centre is working for a fairer society where people are free from the effects of poverty and injustice.  We are a local charity helping over 35,000 people a year with welfare benefits, debt, housing, energy issues, and more.

The Role:

We are seeking a Front Desk and Volunteer Supervisor to join our established frontline service delivery team and play a key role in helping our Advice Hub run to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer service. 

The successful applicant will have experience of working on a busy front desk or reception, supporting staff and/or volunteers and overseeing day to day service delivery.

You should have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of support, training, development and motivation for individuals. You should be organised, solution focused and a good team player.

CLOSING DATE: 9am, 28 November 2025

Interviews to be held: 8th December 2025 onwards
