The Bramley and Pudsey Cluster are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioner with experience of working with children, young people and families.
We have two full-time vacancies currently and would also consider applicants who are looking for a term-time only role (plus 10 days).
As part of a multi-agency and disciplinary team you will work with families of children and young people aged between 5 and 18 to support them to achieve their full potential.
An ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, engage the local community in schools and services and form positive relationships with partners across the public, voluntary and private sector will be an essential requirement of this role.
Successful candidates will be resilient and positive individuals who can adapt to working within a variety of settings (including home and schools) and are willing to embrace challenges and change.
The role will involve direct one-to-one work with children, young people, and their families, as well as working with families through the planning and delivery of group sessions.
