EXAMINATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (TEMPORARY TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE)
THIS ROLE IS TEMPORARY TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE
Working as part of a Data Information Services/Exams team, you will provide an efficient administration service for the College’s Examinations Services function across all campuses. Duties will include assisting in the administration of examinations arrangements, entries, registrations, certifications of learners with exam boards, as well as providing an effective customer service to internal and external customers. You will also undertake coordination of exams timetabling and organising of accommodation and invigilators including general administrative tasks such as data input, word processing, excel spreadsheets, filing, scanning and photocopying. You will be required to assist with processing learner enrolments and cover reception and invigilation duties as and when required.
You will have excellent organisational skills, efficient data input skills with a high level of accuracy, ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. IT skills as well as relevant administration experience are essential. You should possess GCSEs (grades A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths, and knowledge of Microsoft software. A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration is desirable.
