The Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown (A.R.M) Cluster partnership of schools is looking to appoint a Deputy Cluster Leader (DCL).
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have proven experience of engaging and working with vulnerable children, young people and families.
The post holder will operate across the Alwoodley, Roundhay and Moortown Cluster to support work on targeted interventions at a cluster level, ensuring that services to children and families at greatest risk of poor outcomes are delivered at the right level and through coordinated packages of support.
The role will support the Cluster Leader and other colleagues in cluster settings to identify and draw on the best of integrated working practice.
The DCL will demonstrate a high level of skill in the engagement of families and ensure services are delivered with a whole family approach.
The DCL will be required to work alongside the Cluster Leader and provide leadership and direction to a multi-disciplinary staff team.
