Who we are:
People Matters is a Leeds-based charity, working with young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism and other hidden disabilities to increase their confidence and independence at home and in the community. We are a member of the British Association of Supported Employment, a Disability Confident Leader, a Mindful Employer and are CQC registered.

We want people with a commitment to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other hidden disabilities to increase their skills, be more independent and live their lives the way they want.

Salary and hours:
Opportunities in this role are flexible and salaried between 16-30 hours per week with significant overtime also frequently available. We are happy to discuss your preferred contract. We pay the Real Living Wage of £12.60/hour – for example on 20hrs/week, the salary is £13,104 pa (FTE £24,570).
