As Money Advice Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our debt and money advice services are deliveredto high quality standards with a strong focus on client care.You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver qualityservices, helping the team to achieve agreed targets andobjectives. You will support and provide occasional cover forTeam Leaders of other subject areas, including Energy.

Experience of people management is desirable but this rolemay also appeal to an experienced debt caseworker with agood level of technical knowledge who is looking to developskills in managing and supervising others, and supportholistic service delivery in related advice areas.

Excellent organisation and communication skills areessential for this role, along with a solutionfocusedapproach and an understanding of the importance ofmotivating individuals to succeed. Apositive approach toleading a team and working with others to achieve widerorganisational goals is essential.
