Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (plus 18 days)

This is an exciting time to join the founding team of a brand-new school, Trinity Academy Leeds as it continues to grow and develop.  Trinity Academy Leeds opened its doors in September 2021 to 240 students from across the city and has already established a strong culture of excellence where all staff are united under the same shared mission, to enrich and strengthen the life choices and chances of the young people in east Leeds and beyond.  Our school is now in its fifth year and currently has 1192 students on roll.  We had our first Ofsted inspection in May 2024 and achieved 'outstanding in all areas'.

We are now looking for an HR Officer to join the Team.  You will be working in close collaboration and with full support from the trust central HR service, and you will provide a dedicated HR service that supports the full employee life cycle including:

  • Recruitment, onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Absence management
  • Performance management
  • Investigations for alleged misconduct
  • Management and maintenance of all employee records

What we need?

  • 5 or more GCSEs at Grade 5/C or above (or equivalent) including English
  • or Maths  
  • Experience of working in a similar role 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
