Applications are invited for the positions of General Kitchen Assistant within our various school catering contracts.
Hot, healthy lunches are served on a daily basis. You must be passionate about good food and have some cooking skills.
Your duties will include basic food preparation and the service of lunch whilst maintaining a high standard of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for a team player with good communication skills.
You must be reliable, enthusiastic and able to use your own initiative. Duties for this post include a substantial amount of manual handling duties such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and standing for long periods.
Flexibility is also required to assist at other sites dependant upon the needs of the service.
Appointment to the above post is made subject to an Enhanced Level Check with the Criminal Records Bureau.
